The prices and conditions of sale are only informative in nature and can be modified according to the fluctuations in the market. However, the ordering of goods through filling out an order- form, implies the agreement to the offered price and to the general conditions in place at moment of ordering.


Once the order has been finalised we understand the full rights and legal guarantees that protect the buyer and from that instant the prices and conditions will have a contractual nature, and cannot be modified without the agreement of both contractual parties involved.





All postings will be carried out between 1 and 10 days due to the preconfiguration decided at the moment of purchase. We cannot guarantee these time limits, however we will do our utmost to insure that the transport company complies wherever possible.


 Orders that include more than one item will be dispatched in one delivery. Once the merchandise is received the client then has  24 hours to ensure the integrity of all parts of the order. Once these 24 hours are up we will understand that the order has been received and accepted and no reclaims for imperfections or faults will be accepted.


Receipt of a delivery is understood as the moment in which the client or client’s representative  has received and signed for the goods. It is within these 24 hours that the client should verify the products upon receipt and formalise any objection he/ she may have.


In the case of receiving a product that has been damaged in transit, it is strongly recommended that we are notified in the first 24 hours, so that we can formalise a complaint to the transport company. It is also essential, whenever possible, that the transport company is made aware of the problem upon receipt.



; It is then that we should be informed through our order forms of contact, clicking here, indicated the order number and the nature of the problem. Once received, a new delivery will be dispatched if required.


RETURNS offers the possibility of returning goods within the first 7 days, for whatever reason, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the client, paying the cost of return transport, and always when the conditions below are satisfied.



The following items cannot be returned, as established by Law 47/2002, 19 December, reformed law 7/1996, 15 January, order of Retail Commerce, for the transposition of the Spanish juridical of the Directive 97/7/CE, in contract of materials at a distance, and for the adaptation of forenamed Law to the various European Community Directives.


Custom-made products to the specification of the consumer, clearly personalised items, set up specifically to a design or configuration. Such products, by nature, cannot be returned as they can become obsolete quickly.


Video or sound recordings or discs and/or computer software, that have been opened by the consumer, also computer files that have been supplied by electronic means, capable of being downloaded or reproduced instantly and for permanent use.



To return a product, one must access their account and locate the order in the section “History and details of my orders”, select the product and units in the section “Management of Guarantees and Returns” indicate the series number and the reason for return. We will then revise the order and if the return request conforms, we will indicate a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and the details of the return, which must be placed visibly on the outside of the packaging. All merchandise is to be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected inside another package in such a way that the original packaging will not be damaged by tape or seals placed by the transport company. If not done in this way, reserves the right to reject the returned package.

 All returns must be received at destination within 7 days of original receipt of acceptance of return. Otherwise returns will be rejected and returned to sender.


Once the returned goods are received  and checked to be in perfect order, a refund of price will be processed if this is what the buyer wishes.

All costs of return transport will be met by the client. 




Only unopened material in perfect condition will be accepted during the 7 days following initial receipt. 

Such returns will be dealt with as a commercial return, as there is no such law that regulates rights of returns among companies, and therefore such returns will be regulated according to conditions set by 

Bubble wrapped or heat sealed products, and other products that have a factory security seal broken cannot be returned; for example thermographs that have been switched on or without series number etc.  

The above conditions do not in any way undermine the rights to guarantee or replacement of defective goods, according to the stipulated guarantee of the maker. reserves the right to reject returned products in the case of detection of an anomaly in the returned product.
